Atomic Betty is a 2026 upcoming animated Canadian-French Flash animated science fantasy-musical-comedy animated Netflix film, based on the animated television series of the same name. Directed by series developer Kevin Gillis, and animated by 2 Minutes, in association with Caribara Animation and produced by Atomic Cartoons, it will be Atomic Cartoons' first theatrical feature film. It is a prequel to the TV series that tells the origin story of how an alien girl, Betty Barrett came to the planet Earth, save the Earth from the invasion, and how she came to be the "Galactic Guardian and Defender of the Cosmos". In the United States, the film (titled Atomic Betty: The Animated Movie for American audiences) will be released as the newest full-length Flash-animated feature presented in CinemaScope.

Plot

When the planet Bane of Fragnog is under attack, an alien/human hybrid girl, Betty is sent to Earth. Betty became a normal schoolgirl, who is dreaming about leaving Earth and living in the galaxy by wishing to become a Galactic Guardian. Maximus I.Q., a evil alien/feline hybrid is having his first plan to destroy Earth. Atomic Betty, Sparky and X-5 are all ready to protect the Earth and bring an end to Maximus' evil plan.

Atomic Cartoons will announce that the plans will be made for its newly full-length Flash-animated film that will come out on Netflix in the future.

Daniel Yu, storyboard animator and artist, will set up the same Flash animation sequence from before for this animated film that comes out in 2026.

Also, Tajja Isen will begin her reprising role play of the show's main character, using Betty's "childish" voice from Season 1 (Isen's same 13-year-old voice from before), as well as her favorite singer, Missy Miss, whom she would appear in the film itself and perform her newest song "Feeling Glamorous".
